THE HOUSE

The house is located right in the heart of the village, just a few steps from the town square, with a southern outlook over the San Rocco valley, with its Roman bridge, and towards the even-higher neighbouring hilltop village of Perinaldo. It is also close to the Comestibili, the only grocery shop in the upper part of the village, which saves vast amounts of energy in shopping.

It has two double bedrooms (both en suite with private bathrooms), and a bed settee in the living room. The kitchen includes a fridge, a freezer, and a full-size cooker. The mains voltage is the same as the UK (220v/240v) and it also has the benefit of UK wall sockets, so you don't need continental adaptors if travelling from the UK.

It has a south-facing balcony accessed from the living room, with magnificent views of the river valley and the forested hillside beyond.
